� Knowledge and exposure of internationally recognized meat processing and product standard.
� Overall familiarity with the food processing industry, including different production methods for meat products related processing.
� Extensive Knowledge of HACCP and accreditation principal such as ISO
� Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
� Experience in by product and waste management
� Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
